Ordering Errors

Sunshine Coast Hamper Co accepts no responsibility for any errors you make when placing your on-line order, including hamper selection, delivery instructions, recipient details, name spelling, card messages or any other information.

Cancellations

Sunshine Coast Hamper Co can cancel your order any time prior to dispatch. To cancel your order please reply to your confirmation email or contact one of our friendly warehouse team on 1300 044 933. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Complaints

Sunshine Coast Hamper Co are in the business of making people happy, so we take any customer complaints seriously. Should you have a complaint please email us directly on complaints@hamper-co.com.au and we will respond as soon as possible, however we can only guarantee a response within three business days, which doesn’t necessarily constitute a resolution. For any privacy concerns please refer to the complaints section of our Privacy Policy.

On-Line Hampers

In the unlikely event that an individual item in a hamper is unavailable we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Some hampers as shown on the website are photographed with additional props including antipasto boards, large blocks of cheese, wine glasses etc. If an item in the photograph is not listed in the product description it is not included. When a hamper lists “seasonal produce” it is at our discretion to select the best available produce to compliment the hamper and not necessarily the fresh produce shown in the photo.

All images and product descriptions on this website are copyrighted and may not be used by any person, for any use, without the written permission of Sunshine Coast Hamper Co.

Alcohol

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Therefore, hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over 18 years of age.

Orders

Once you have placed an order with Sunshine Coast Hamper Co, either by phone or on-line you have entered an agreement to purchase goods. This offer is only accepted by Sunshine Coast Hamper Co once the goods are dispatched.

Payments

Our on-line payments are managed by PayPal and Stripe Credit Card Payment Gateways. When paying via credit card all details and numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Phone orders are processed directly via our National Australia Bank EFTPOS machine and no credit card details are taken or held manually by Sunshine Coast Hamper Co. Invoices will not be automatically generated for on-line orders unless you are an approved Corporate Client. Should you require a tax invoice please email hello@hamper-co.com.au with a copy of your order attached. For further information regarding the security or the processing of on-line payments please refer to www.paypal.com or www.stripe.com.

Accounts & Orders

Sunshine Coast Hamper Co reserves the right to terminate any accounts, modify or cancel orders, or choose not to supply goods at our sole discretion. Apart from refunding your payment for any unfulfilled orders, Sunshine Coast Hamper Co will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.
