SUNSHINE COAST HAMPER CO GIFT HAMPER DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Sunshine Coast Hamper Co are a local boutique hamper company and deliver to most suburbs between Noosa Heads and Caloundra, however there are some inland suburbs which we cannot deliver to.
  • Sunshine Coast Hamper Co only deliver to those suburbs as appear in our drop-down suburb menu.
  • Should the purchaser place an order where the street address does not correlate with the suburb selected, then Sunshine Coast Hamper Co will contact the purchaser via email and if delivery is not possible, we will cancel the order and refund the purchaser via the same payment method as payment was received.
  • Next day delivery is available when orders are received on-line by 3pm the previous day.
  • If ordering on a Sunday, our “next day delivery” will be the following Tuesday.
  • Sunshine Coast Hamper Co delivery charges are $16.50 per hamper inclusive of GST.
  • For delivery charges on multiple hamper orders to the same address please email corporate@hamper-co.com.au or call 1300 044 933 and speak to one of our friendly team.
  • Ordering times are based on local Queensland time.
  • Deliveries to PO Boxes are not available.
  • As our hampers contain perishable items, they are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging. If a recipient is not available to take delivery, your hamper will be left in a safe place, as determined by Sunshine Coast Hamper Co. By ordering one of our hampers for delivery, you acknowledge our authority-to-leave.
  • If it is at all possible, we find delivering to a business address (eg the recipients work) avoids the need to leave the hamper unattended.
  • Generally, once your order has been accepted by Sunshine Coast Hamper Co, we are unable to make any changes to your order. However, if you have accidentally ordered the wrong hamper or selected the wrong date for delivery then you can contact one of our friendly team and if possible, we will assist you.
  • Deliveries are made during 8am and 5pm on weekdays and we cannot commit to any specific times. During our very busy seasons, such as Christmas, we may on the odd occasion, deliver after this time.
  • Unless a bulk order is negotiated via our Corporate Department, deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
  • Whilst we have never lost or had a hamper stolen during transit, should this occur Sunshine Coast Hamper Co cannot be held liable and/or responsible.
  • Sunshine Coast Hamper Co offer next day delivery as detailed above, however should your delivery be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held liable. We will always do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction and try to resolve any complaint regarding delivery immediately.
  • If a hamper cannot be located on the premises by the recipient, and Sunshine Coast Hamper Co can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the hamper has technically been delivered.
  • If our hamper is deemed unsafe to leave by the courier, the purchaser will be notified, and the hamper will be returned to our warehouse. Should the purchaser wish to re-deliver the hamper an additional delivery fee will be charged.
  • Please note that a re-delivery fee will also need to be charged if an incorrect address is given on the original order and the hamper is returned to our warehouse.
  • If a hamper is successfully delivered to an incorrect address as placed on the order, then a refund is not offered as we have delivered in accordance with the original order details.
